SQ Private Briefings Subscription

1. Cancellation/Refund Without Notice

SQ Private Briefings is a GenSix exclusive insider’s report. GenSix reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any customer’s subscription at our sole discretion and for any reason. Receipt of communication that’s overtly critical, disparaging, or complaint-filled in relation to the briefings, contributors, or of GenSix will lead to subscription cancelation/refund without notice.

Credit Cards and bank statements should show as GenSix.com for this and other GenSix-related purchases. Customers who report this subscription purchase as fraud to their financial institution will have their subscriptions immediately cancelled.

2. Subscription Renewal

By default, SQ Private Briefings will automatically update a year after the initial subscription was purchased. Customers (at their discretion) may choose to turn off the auto renew option in the "My Subscription" area of their GenSix account. Customers can also update payment methods and other subscription-related information in this area. Credit Cards and bank statements should show as GenSix.com for this and other GenSix-related purchases. Subscriptions will renew at the same price they were initially purchased at.

3. Check / Money Order Option

GenSix does allow for checks or money orders to pay for SQ Private Briefings subscriptions. Checks and money orders should be sent to:
GenSix Productions
PO Box 10998
Bozeman, MT 59719
The amount should be made out for $149 unless you initially purchased the SQ Private Briefings subscription at a different introductory price. If that's the case, you'll make out the check or money order for that same amount.

Please include a note with your check, including information about your initial subscription (your email address, original order price, etc.)

If you are purchasing for the first time, you will need to set up a GenSix account (https://www.gensix.com/my-account) first before we can initiate a subscription. For any questions, please reach out to support at [email protected].

GenSix Refund & Revocation Policy

All True Legends Credentials are the sole property of GENSIX. GENSIX may, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by GENSIX, cancel, revoke or refuse from any individual or company the following: Credentials, purchases, and/or hotel reservations made through GENSIX Housing. GENSIX will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action.

True Legends Conference: GENSIX does not issue refunds for True Legends Conference tickets or Live Streaming. Any and all payments made to GENSIX are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use GENSIX Credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, or loss of employment. GENSIX will not issue refunds for Credentials (tickets/wrist bands) that have been revoked. GENSIX may at its sole discretion, offer a direct exchange for conference tickets (e.g. Live Streaming, Digital Download, or other product) in place of a refund on a case-by-case basis. In extreme cases GENSIX may at its sole discretion make exceptions and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. GENSIX will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem. (i.e. Unused conference credentials cannot be credited or exchanged AFTER the event. The purchaser will forfeit the full amount of their purchase.)

Other Products: GENSIX typically ships products within 2 - 24 hours of receipt of orders – Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. As such, canceling orders is not feasible. Any exchanges will be granted on a case-by-case basis and any related costs including shipping, will be at the purchaser's expense.

Live Streaming / VOD (Video on Demand)

GENSIX will strive to provide Live Streaming to license holders (those who have purchased live streaming from GENSIX) from the start of the first speaker until the end of the conference to the extent possible by all means under GENSIX’s control. Because of the variables and nature of technology, GENSIX makes no warranties about the consistency of the live stream and can take no responsibility for dropouts in the live stream, or other unforeseen interruptions to service. GENSIX also cannot take any responsibility for the integrity of the user’s hardware (computer or device), the user’s internet signal bandwidth, or any other consideration outside of the control of GENSIX. For this reason, GENSIX is providing VOD (Video on Demand) to allow streaming purchasers to view any missed content for up to 60 days after the conference. GENSIX purchases streaming spots in advance. As such, there are absolutely no refunds for streaming. GENSIX may substitute a Video on Demand of the conference at its sole discretion should GENSIX not be able to provide Live Streaming to customers.

Use of Credentials

Credentials will need to be purchased for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including showcases, parties and conference content. Use of a Credential by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credential without any refund.

GENSIX Credentials (badges/wristbands) are issued to, and can be picked up only by the ticket holder/purchaser at registration at the Conference. GENSIX Credentials are non-transferable after they have been picked up. GENSIX badges/wristbands allow the holder entry to specific defined events, but cannot guarantee admission to every GENSIX event. Event admission is subject to venue capacity and age restrictions in compliance with state and local laws. Age restrictions are specific to each venue.

GENSIX Credentials may not be used as a prize in any form of promotion, contest, game, or sweepstakes without written pre-approval from GENSIX.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found will be located at Registration during the Events. Participants can drop off found items at the Registration Help Desks during the Events. Participants can also email a description of an item and the location it was lost/found to [email protected]. After sixty (60) days following the event, unclaimed lost and found items may be disposed of at the event host's discretion.

Recording Rights

Photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Events by GENSIX, or others on behalf of GENSIX, may include a Participant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, each Participant hereby grants GENSIX permission to use the Participant’s photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

Event Participants agree to the GENSIX Code of Conduct. GENSIX reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the Credentials of Participants whose conduct violates the Code of Conduct.

GENSIX EVENTS are not a place for conversations, discussions, and behavior that are intentionally inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, or abusive. GENSIX may take action in its discretion against any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

Please contact GENSIX Administration ([email protected]), if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and GENSIX will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Please remember that notifying GENSIX does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1, or non-emergencies, the local Police Department.
