GenSix typically ships in-stock items (books, DVDs, etc.) within 24-72 hours of receiving an order, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Customers are responsible to provide an accurate address at the time of order. Should you place an order with an incorrect address, please notify [email protected] immediately with the correct address and reference the associated email address and/or order number.
Please note: Alerting us of an incorrect address after placing an order is not a guarantee that we'll be able to alert our shipping team in sufficient time to change the address before an item ships. As such, GenSix is not responsible for additional shipping costs or lost product due to inaccuracies in the provided shipping address.
Any pre-order items on the GenSix website are typically indicated as such with a "Pre-Order" title and an estimate of shipping time. Pre-Order items will ship out once the product has arrived in our warehouse. In many cases, a shipment label will be created ahead of time in anticipation for shipment, but does not indicated that the item has shipped yet.
All Books, DVDs, and other products are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Shipment information is typically available in customers' accounts under Orders > View (for that particular order). If there is tracking information available, it will be displayed at the bottom of that order page.
We currently do not have alternative shipping options available (e.g. UPS, FedEx).
International shipments will switch from USPS to your country's national provider (e.g. Canada Post, etc.) and will likely incur custom fees. All customers are responsible for custom fees and related additional charges as GenSix has no control over these agencies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items for reasons other than damage or defect, will be shipped at the customer's own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You'll also need to include a note with the order number referenced.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Typically, this means that we'll ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
